Ingrediants
- oil 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 1tsp
- Garlic 2-3 cloves chopped
- Green chilli 2-3
- Curry leaves
- Peanuts
- Onion 1 chopped
- Green Peas
- Semolina (Rawa, suji) 1cup
- Turmeric 1tsp
- Warm water 2 Cup
- Coriander chopped for garnishing
- Sev for garnishing
Method
- Take a pan add semolina in it and roast it till it slightly changes the colour.
- Now take out the semolina from the pan and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Once oil is heated then add cumin seeds.
- After that add garlic and saute it for a minute.
- Now add a green chillis and again saute for a minute.
- Add curry leaves and peanuts.
- Now add chopped onion and saute it for 2-3 minutes.
- At this point add green peas.
- Once all saute well its time to add rosted semolina.
- Mix it well and then 2 cup of warm water.
- Mix everything well put a lid on and steam it for 4-5 minutes
- After 5 minutes take a lid off and add coriendar and mix it well.
- Take out Upama in a plate and garnish it with the sev and coriander.
