Soya Pulao

Soke soya granules in a hot water for 10 minutes, After 10 minutes take out and set aside.
Take oil in a pan once oil is heated add cumin seeds in it and saute for 1 minute.
Now add chopped onions in it and saute for 2- 3 minutes.
Once onions turns slightly brown then add ginger garlic paste in it and saute for 1 minute.

Ingrediants

  • 1/2 Cup Soya granules
  • Hot water
  • 3 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 Onion (chopped)
  • 1 Tomato Puree
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 Tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 Tbsp Gram msala powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Curd
  • 1 1/2 Cup Basmati Rice
  • 1 Cup Spring onion
  • Water as per reuired

Method:-

  • Soke soya granules in a hot water for 10 minutes, After 10 minutes take out and set aside.
  • Take oil in a pan once oil is heated add cumin seeds in it and saute for 1 minute.
  • Now add chopped onions in it and saute for 2- 3 minutes.
  • Once onions turns slightly brown then add ginger garlic paste in it and saute for 1 minute.
  • Then add all the spices turmeric,red chilli powder,gram masala,cumin powder and coriander powder
  • Now mix all the spices well and cook it till it oozes the oil from the side of the pan.
  • At this point add tomato puree in to it and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  • After that add curd and again cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now add the soya granules and the socked basmati rice and mix it well.
  • Add water as paer requrement cover it and cook it for 10-12 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes switch off the gas flame let it cool down.
  • Now garnish it with the spring onion and server hot.
