Soke soya granules in a hot water for 10 minutes, After 10 minutes take out and set aside.
Take oil in a pan once oil is heated add cumin seeds in it and saute for 1 minute.
Now add chopped onions in it and saute for 2- 3 minutes.
Once onions turns slightly brown then add ginger garlic paste in it and saute for 1 minute.

Ingrediants
- 1/2 Cup Soya granules

- 3 Tbsp Oil

- 2 Onion (chopped)
- 1 Tomato Puree
- 1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 Tsp Cumin powder
- 1 Tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 Tbsp Gram msala powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Curd
- 1 1/2 Cup Basmati Rice
- 1 Cup Spring onion
- Water as per reuired
Method:-
- Soke soya granules in a hot water for 10 minutes, After 10 minutes take out and set aside.
- Take oil in a pan once oil is heated add cumin seeds in it and saute for 1 minute.
- Now add chopped onions in it and saute for 2- 3 minutes.
- Once onions turns slightly brown then add ginger garlic paste in it and saute for 1 minute.
- Then add all the spices turmeric,red chilli powder,gram masala,cumin powder and coriander powder
- Now mix all the spices well and cook it till it oozes the oil from the side of the pan.
- At this point add tomato puree in to it and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
- After that add curd and again cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add the soya granules and the socked basmati rice and mix it well.
- Add water as paer requrement cover it and cook it for 10-12 minutes.
- After 10 minutes switch off the gas flame let it cool down.
- Now garnish it with the spring onion and server hot.
