Palak Paneer

Add water in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil.
Once water is boiled add palak in it and balch it for 3-4 minutes.
After that remove the palak from water and run under cold water to stop the cooking process.
Let it cool for sometime and after that grind it into a fine paste
Now take a pan and add oil in it.
Once oil is heated add cumin seeds in it.

Ingredients:-

  • 500g Palak
  • 250g Paneer
  • 3-4 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 8-9 cloves garlic
  • 3-4 green chillis
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp kitchen king masala
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander paste
  • 1 tsp salt

Method:-

  • After that remove the palak from water and run under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • Let it cool for sometime and after that grind it into a fine paste
  • Now take a pan and add oil in it.
  • Once oil is heated add cumin seeds in it.
  • When the cumin seeds Crackled then add chopped garlic in it.Saute till it turns brown.
  • Add chopped onion and saute it for 3-4 minutes.
  • Once the onion become translucent add yogurt in it and mix well.
  • At this level add all the spices in it and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now add the palak paste and mix well.
  • After that add the fresh coriander paste and mix.
  • Now cook it for 5 minutes.
  • At this point add paneer pieces in it and mix well.
  • Cook for 5 minutes and palak paneer is ready to serve.
