- 2 tbsp butter
- 3-4 dry red chillies
- 2 bay leaf
- 2-3 black paper

- 2-3 cardamom
- 1/2 inch cinnemon stick
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 3 onion chopped
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp jeera powder
- 1 tsp corriander powder
- 1 tsp kitchen king masala
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 3 tomato puree
- 1 bowl dahi
- 1 capsicum (Diced)
- 2 green chillies (slit)
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp kasoori methi
- Fresh corriander for garnish
Method :
- Take 200g paneer cubes add 1tbsp kashmiri lal mirch and 1 tsp of salt and mix it well.
- Keep it aside for 10-15 mins.
- Now heat a pan and add 2 tbsp of oil in it.
- Once the oil is heated add marinated paneer in it and shallow fry it till it turns golden brown
- Once it fry remove it in a plate and keep aside.
- Take a pan and add 4-5 tbsp of oil and 2 tbsp of butter in it.
- Now add dry red chillis and saute it for a minute.
- After that add the whole garam masala,cumin seeds and again saute for a minute or till you get the aroma of spaiece.
- Add chopped onion and saute it till the onions get soft. And then add ginger garlic paste.
- At this point add all the spices red chilli powder,cumin powder,corriander powder,turmeric and kitchen king masala.
- Mix all the spices well and then add the tomato puree.
- Cook the mixture till it ooze the oil from the side of the pan.
- Now add the curd in it and again cook it till it ooze the oil from the side of the pan.
- Now add the chopped capcicum and green chillis and cover the lid and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
- Now open the lid and add the fried paneer in it and mix it well.
- Add 1 cup of water,cover the lid and cook it again for 4-5 min.
- Open the lid add kasoori methi,salt to test mix it well and garnish it with the fresh corriander.
- Masala paneer is ready to serve.
