Chana Chaat

Channa Chaat

Add oil in a pan
Once the oil is heated add cumin seeds in it.
When cumin seeds crackled add curry leaves, bay leaf, and black cardamom in it.
Saute it for a minute.

Ingredients:-

  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Tbsp cumin seeds
  • 6-7 Curry leaves
  • 2 Bay leaf
  • 2 Black cardamom
  • 1 Onion diced
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 Tsp Kitchen king masala
  • 1 Tsp Corriander powder
  • 1 Tsp Chana masala
  • 1 Bowl boiled black channa
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Chaat masala
  • 1 Bowl fresh coriander

Method:-

  • Add oil in a pan
  • Once the oil is heated add cumin seeds in it.
  • When cumin seeds crackled add curry leaves, bay leaf, and black cardamom in it.
  • Saute it for a minute.
  • After that add onion in it and cooked it for 2-3 minutes.
  • Once the onions are cooked perfectly add tomato in it and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • After 2-3 minutes add all the dry spices in it.
  • After adding all the spices cook it till it oozes the oil.
  • Now add the boiled chana in it and mix it together.
  • At this point add salt and chaat masala in it. and mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Now switch off the flame and garnish it with the fresh coriander.
  • Channa chaat is ready to serve.

Note:- While boiling the chana add salt in it.
