Add oil in a pan
Once the oil is heated add cumin seeds in it.
When cumin seeds crackled add curry leaves, bay leaf, and black cardamom in it.
Saute it for a minute.

Ingredients:-
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tbsp cumin seeds
- 6-7 Curry leaves
- 2 Bay leaf
- 2 Black cardamom
- 1 Onion diced
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Tsp Red chili powder
- 1 Tsp Kitchen king masala
- 1 Tsp Corriander powder
- 1 Tsp Chana masala
- 1 Bowl boiled black channa
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Chaat masala
- 1 Bowl fresh coriander
Method:-
- Add oil in a pan
- Once the oil is heated add cumin seeds in it.
- When cumin seeds crackled add curry leaves, bay leaf, and black cardamom in it.
- Saute it for a minute.
- After that add onion in it and cooked it for 2-3 minutes.
- Once the onions are cooked perfectly add tomato in it and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- After 2-3 minutes add all the dry spices in it.
- After adding all the spices cook it till it oozes the oil.
- Now add the boiled chana in it and mix it together.
- At this point add salt and chaat masala in it. and mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Now switch off the flame and garnish it with the fresh coriander.
- Channa chaat is ready to serve.
Note:- While boiling the chana add salt in it.
