Ingredients:-
- 10-15 Bhindi
- 1 Cup Roasted peanuts
- 1Tbsp Red chili powder
- 1Tbsp coriander powder
- 1Tbsp Kitchen king masala
- ½ Tsp salt
- 1Tbsp cumin seeds
- Ginger
- Garlic
- 1-2Tbsp Oil
Method:-

- Now grind it in a slightly coarsely powder.
- Make the slits on a bhindi.
- Now stuff the bhindi with the masala.
- Take a grilled pan or a tawa and add oil in it.
- Once the pan is heated add the stuffed bhindi and cook for 5 minutes from 1 side.
- After 5 minutes change the side and cook it from other side for another 5 minutes.
- Now remove the bhindi in a plate and it is ready to serve.
Note:- You can eat it as a side dish or you can eat it with rice or roti.
