The origin of the dish is not certain but it is one of the most delicious dishes for spice lovers. The key ingredient which differentiates this dish from other spicy chicken curry dishes is Mint leaves(Pudina).
Spicy Chicken is composed of Chicken leg pieces along with small pieces of chicken breast cooked with the spices.

Spicy chicken is mainly prepared as a side dish but if you want you can prepare it as a curry (“Main course”) then just add water while cooking.

Lemon rice is one the most iconic and flavorful dishes from south India which can be served with Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner.
It is also known with the name Chitranna or Nimbehannu Chitranna.
Lemon rice or Chitranna has a yellow color that comes turmeric. The main seasoning ingredients are mustard seeds, fried lentils, peanuts, curry leaves, chilies, lemon juice.
Garlic and Onions are optional for the recipe but can be added for more flavors. Lemon rice or Chitranna is very popular in the South Indian state of Karnataka.

Wash and clean bhindi.
Take a mixture jar add roasted peanuts in it.
Also add cumin seeds,Red chili powder,coriender powder,kitchen king masala,ginger,garlic and salt in it.
Now griend it in a slightly coarsely powder.
Make the slits on a bhindi.
Palak Paneer

Add water in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil.
Once water is boiled add palak in it and balch it for 3-4 minutes.
After that remove the palak from water and run under cold water to stop the cooking process.
Let it cool for sometime and after that grind it into a fine paste
Now take a pan and add oil in it.
Once oil is heated add cumin seeds in it.
Mooli Paratha

Take Wheat flour in a bowl add salt and oil in it and mix it well.
Start adding water, little by little until the dough comes together.
Knead to form a smooth dough. Transfer dough to a container, apply some oil on top, cover and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
While the dough is resting prepare the stuffing for paratha.
wash the mooli clean it properly and then peel off.
Soya Pulao

Soke soya granules in a hot water for 10 minutes, After 10 minutes take out and set aside.
Take oil in a pan once oil is heated add cumin seeds in it and saute for 1 minute.
Now add chopped onions in it and saute for 2- 3 minutes.
Once onions turns slightly brown then add ginger garlic paste in it and saute for 1 minute.
Upama

Upama

Take a pan add semolina in it and roast it till it slightly changes the colour.
Now take out the semolina from the pan and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan.
Once oil is heated then add cumin seeds.
