Aloo Gobi Mutter

Heat a oil in a pan
When oil is heated add mustered seeds and once mustered seeds pops up then add cumin seeds and saute for a minute.

Ingredients

  • Oil 2tbsp
  • Mustered seeds 1tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1tsp
  • Asafoetida (Hing) 1/2tsp
  • Garlic 4-5 cloves (chopped)
  • Green chillis 3-4 (chopped)
  • Potato 2 (chopped)
  • Cauliflower 500g (chopped)
  • Green Peas 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric 1tsp
  • Garam masala 1tsp
  • kitchen king masala 1tsp
  • Coriander powder 1tsp
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

Method

  • Heat a oil in a pan
  • When oil is heated add mustered seeds and once mustered seeds pops up then add cumin seeds and saute for a minute.
  • Then add asafoetida and chopped garlic in it.
  • Now add the green chillis and saute for a minute. After that add chopped potatos,cauliflower and salt (as per taste) in it mix it well.
  • Now cover the lid and simmer it for 10 minutes.
  • Open the lid after 10 minutes and check if cauliflower and potatos are cooked or not.
  • Now add green peas ,turmeric powder,garam masala,kitchen king masala and coriander powder and mix it well.
  • Cook it for 5 minutes
  • After 5 minutes switch off the gas and garnish it with the fresh coriander
  • Take out in a serving bowl.
  • Aloo Gobi Mutter is ready to be served.
